Review by hotel critic
As an art historian hailing from the vibrant streets of New York, my family and I recently sought solace at Pension Grafenau during our Italian getaway. Our late arrival was met with an unexpected twist - the kitchen had closed. To our relief, the compassionate staff surprised us with a makeshift meal, ensuring our hunger was subdued. This act of genuine care epitomized the warmth exuded by the personnel throughout our stay.Navigating the realm of family travel, we marveled at the panoramic views from our balcony, a treat that captivated both my 3-year-old and 6-year-old, sparking their imagination and wonder. The proximity to attractions merely a 10-minute walk away enriched our experience, offering convenience and exploration hand in hand.Pension Grafenau's family-friendly amenities, coupled with its gracious service and breathtaking vistas, defined our stay, creating unforgettable moments against the backdrop of Italy's charm.
